“اپنا سٹینڈرڈ اپنا سٹیٹس دیکھو وقتی جذبات میں مت پڑو۔”
“مام میں اگر وقتی جذبات کو ترجیح دینے والی لڑکی ہوتی تو بہت پہلے سے سنی کی بانہوں میں جھولتی اس کا نوالہ بن چکی ہوتی اور آج میری پاکیزگی اور پاکدامنی پہ آپ کو فخر نہ ہوتا اور شاید آپ کو اندازہ نہیں کہ سکندر رحمن ہی میرے سٹینڈرڈ کا آدمی ہے میرا معیار جتنا بلند ہے وہ میرے معیار سے بھی اتنا ہی بلند ہے۔”اس نے یوں بات کی جیسے سکندر رحمن وہاں موجود ہی نہ ہو اور وہ دھڑلے سے اس کا ذکر کیے جارہی ہو۔
“اور اگر میں تمہاری نےوقوفی پہ تمہارا ساتھ نہ دوں تو۔”
“تو پھر آپ میری موت میں تو میرا ساتھ دیں گی نا۔؟”
